Chinese musicologist and pianist Mingfei Li is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Musicology with minors in Music Theory and Piano Performance at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Her dissertation topic is on late-eighteenth-century German Singspiels. Her other research interests include twentieth-century East Asian music, music and trauma, and Chinese poetic chanting. She has presented her work at conferences held by the British Library London, Utrecht University, and American Musicological Society. Li is a recipient of the Jacobs Doctoral Fellowship, a four-year fully funded fellowship. She is currently appointed as an Associate Instructor of Music History and has previously been appointed as an Associate Instructor of Piano. Li has appeared in solo and chamber recitals across the US. As a chamber musician, she is a member of Autumnus Trio with violinist Olivia Leila and cellist Mark Serkin. and a member of Augusta Duo with soprano Dr. Yue Yin. See more here…
青年钢琴家与音乐学者李明霏现为美国印第安纳大学雅各布音乐学院博士生，正在攻读音乐学博士学位，同时辅修音乐理论与钢琴演奏，并为雅各布音乐学院最高奖项Jacobs Doctoral Fellowship获得者。她的研究兴趣包括十八世纪晚期歌剧、二十世纪东亚音乐、音乐与创伤，以及中华诗词吟诵。李明霏在2022年5月和7月，分别受邀于伦敦大英图书馆、荷兰乌特勒支大学，以及美国音乐学协会，在国际学术会议上展示她最新的研究。李明霏现任雅各布音乐学院音乐史讲师，并担任音乐学研究所的学生主席。作为一名青年钢琴家，李明霏的独奏与室内乐音乐会足迹遍及美国。作为一名室内乐演奏者，她现为三重奏组合 Autumnus Trio 成员（另外两名成员分别为美国青年小提琴家 Olivia Leila 以及美籍乌克兰裔青年大提琴家 Mark Serkin），以及与女高音殷乐博士的二重奏组合 Augusta Duo 成员。更多请见……
